About Thrive

Thrive is a newly launched mental health platform created for the Black community in Europe. We connect individuals with Black therapists and coaches who provide culturally competent care in English, French, and German.

We believe access to therapy should be private, respectful, and rooted in cultural understanding. As we build Thrive from the ground up, we are looking for passionate team members to shape the foundation of a platform centered on healing, trust, and representation.

About the Role

As the Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with aligned individuals, organizations, and networks. Your goal will be to expand Thrive’s visibility and community presence — especially among potential clients, Black professionals, institutions, and grassroots groups.

This role is about connection, communication, and collaboration. You’ll help position Thrive as a trusted and relevant mental health resource, and you’ll support efforts to grow our impact through community trust and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to aligned organizations, institutions, and networks in Europe (health, education, community, advocacy, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaborators

  • Support campaigns, events, and partnerships that increase Thrive’s visibility and relevance

  • Collaborate with the Growth/Comms lead to align outreach with overall messaging

  • Help map out key communities, channels, and opportunities across countries/languages

  • Represent Thrive in conversations with care, clarity, and integrity

  • Document outreach efforts and keep track of partner pipelines

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings insight, care, and commitment to this role. You may or may not have worked in outreach or partnerships before. What matters most is that you’re organized, thoughtful in communication, and genuinely interested in building meaningful, trust-based relationships.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience or interest in outreach, advocacy, partnerships, or community work

  • Are confident in connecting with people and explaining a mission clearly

  • Have cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially around mental health and identity

  • Are fluent in English and comfortable working in a multilingual context

  • Are self-directed, reliable, and value relationship-building

  • Are excited to work collaboratively in a startup environment

Responsabilités principales

  • Identifier des partenaires potentiels en Europe (santé, éducation, culture, engagement communautaire, etc.)

  • Initier des prises de contact et entretenir des relations dans la durée

  • Soutenir l’organisation d’événements, de campagnes et de projets en lien avec notre visibilité

  • Collaborer avec la personne en charge de la communication pour assurer une cohérence de ton et de stratégie

  • Cartographier les réseaux pertinents par pays, langue et thématique

  • Être un·e porte-voix clair·e, respectueux·se et aligné·e avec la mission de Thrive

  • Assurer un suivi des démarches entreprises et relations établies

À propos du poste

En tant que Chargé·e des Relations Extérieures & Partenariats, tu seras chargé·e d’identifier, de contacter et de construire des relations avec des personnes, organisations et réseaux alignés avec notre mission. Tu contribueras à faire connaître Thrive auprès des professionnel·les noir·es, des associations, des institutions et de la communauté au sens large.

Ce poste est au cœur de la dynamique collective de Thrive : il s’agit de créer des ponts, d’ouvrir des conversations, et de bâtir des partenariats basés sur la confiance et les valeurs partagées.

Profil recherché

Nous cherchons une personne investie, bienveillante et motivée par notre mission. Tu n’as pas besoin d’un parcours classique en partenariats. Ce qui compte, c’est ta capacité à communiquer avec bienveillance, ton sens de l’organisation et ton envie de créer du lien.

Tu pourrais correspondre à ce rôle si tu :

  • As de l’expérience (ou un intérêt sincère) pour les partenariats, l’animation de réseau ou la communication

  • Aimes établir des connexions et représenter un projet

  • Es à l’aise avec les enjeux liés à la santé mentale, à la représentation et aux dynamiques interculturelles

  • Travailles avec sérieux, de manière autonome et collaborative

  • Es motivé·e par un projet qui cherche à répondre à des besoins sous-représentés

  • Parles couramment l’anglais ; le français et/ou l’allemand sont un plus

  • Recherche und Ansprache potenzieller Partnerorganisationen (Gesundheit, Bildung, Kultur, Community-Arbeit etc.)

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen mit Institutionen und Netzwerken

  • Unterstützung bei Kampagnen, Kooperationen und Community-Projekten

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Kommunikation/Marketing zur Abstimmung von Botschaften

  • Kartierung relevanter Kanäle, Communities und Kontaktpersonen in Europa

  • Vertretung von Thrive in externen Gesprächen – mit Respekt, Klarheit und Sensibilität

  • Dokumentation von Kontaktaufnahmen und Beziehungsentwicklung

Über die Rolle

Als Koordinator·in für Outreach & Partnerschaften bist du dafür zuständig, gezielt mit Menschen, Organisationen und Netzwerken in Kontakt zu treten, die unsere Werte und Vision teilen. Du hilfst mit, Thrive sichtbar zu machen – insbesondere bei potenziellen Klient·innen, Schwarzen Fachpersonen, lokalen Initiativen und gesellschaftlichen Akteur·innen.

Diese Rolle verbindet Kommunikation, Strategie und Beziehungsarbeit. Du bist mitverantwortlich dafür, wie wir als Projekt in der Öffentlichkeit und in der Community auftreten – und mit wem wir uns verbinden.

Wen wir suchen

Wir suchen jemanden, der sich engagieren möchte und den Wunsch hat, unsere Mission mitzugestalten. Du musst keine klassische Erfahrung im Aufbau von Partnerschaften mitbringen. Wichtiger ist dein Interesse an verbindlicher, respektvoller Zusammenarbeit – und deine Bereitschaft, ein Projekt von Grund auf mitzugestalten.

Du passt gut zu dieser Rolle, wenn du:

  • bereits Erfahrung (oder starkes Interesse) in Outreach, Community-Arbeit oder Netzwerkarbeit hast

  • gern mit Menschen in Kontakt trittst und einfühlsam kommunizierst

  • dich für kulturell relevante Gesundheitsversorgung und Sichtbarkeit engagierst

  • selbstständig arbeitest, zuverlässig bist und gut organisierst

  • dich sicher auf Englisch ausdrücken kannst (Französisch oder Deutsch sind ein Plus)
