Thrive is a newly founded mental health platform created to serve the Black community across Europe. Our mission is to make culturally competent therapy and coaching more accessible, by connecting individuals with Black mental health professionals who understand their lived experience.
We’re in our early start-up phase. That means we’re not offering paid positions just yet — we’re assembling a small, committed founding team of people who care deeply about the mission, want to shape something meaningful from the ground up, and are open to growing alongside the company.
