Community Support Group

Our Community Support Group is an accessible way to receive emotional support, learn about mental health, and connect with others on similar journeys. Guided by experienced mental health counselors, it offers a supportive, culturally grounded space where participants can reflect, share at their own pace, and gain tools to care for their mental well-being — without the financial burden.

Why this group exists

Therapy is not always accessible. But mental health support should be.

This group was created as a temporary, community-based space for individuals who are seeking support but may not be able to afford one-on-one care. It offers a chance to connect, learn, and reflect — together.

Each session blends psychoeducation and open group conversation, led by a trained facilitator.
It’s not therapy — but a supportive, healing-oriented space rooted in cultural awareness and care.

What to Expect

  • Small group setting (max. 12 participants)

  • Online sessions (1h30)

  • Short teachings on mental health topics (e.g. stress, boundaries, self-worth)

  • Guided group reflection and conversation

  • You can suggest the topics you’d like us to explore

  • A gentle, respectful space — sharing is always voluntary

Pricing – Pay What You Can

To keep the group accessible while respecting the work of the facilitator:

  • A minimum contribution of 10€ per session is recommended

  • We welcome higher amounts if you can — this helps keep the group open for others

  • Please note: Payments are non-refundable
    (due to limited capacity, every spot counts — cancellations block access for others)
